Rugby UnionManager

In development · Season 2026/27

Take the helm.
Shape the squad.
Build a dynasty.

A rugby union management simulation built for people who actually watch the game, where a season turns on your selection, your tactics, and whether the board still believes in you.

Be the first to know when we launch. No noise, no reselling your address.

Match day: Leicester Tigers against Bristol Bears, players positioned on the pitch, live possession and territory statistics, and analyst commentary from the dugout.

What you actually do

The job, not the highlights reel

01 / The squad

Every player, honestly rated

Current ability against potential, condition, sharpness, morale, form, wage and contract: the whole senior squad plus the academy beneath it. Pick the matchday 23 knowing exactly what you're trading away.

Squad screen listing players with position, nationality, age, current and potential ability, condition, morale, form and wages.

02 / The game plan

A philosophy, then the detail

Start from a style (total rugby, fortress forward, phase control, blitz and strike), then work through possession, the breakdown, defence and set piece. The match engine plays what you tell it, phase by phase.

Tactical setup screen showing six tactical styles to choose between.

03 / The club

The board is always watching

A three-year plan, a season objective, and a confidence rating that moves with results. Heritage, finances, wage bill, supporter expectation and a derby that matters more than the table says it should.

Where it's up to

Built, and being sharpened

  1. Career mode

Multi-season careers across four leagues, with squad, staff, training, academy, medical, transfers, finances and the board room all wired together.

  2. The match engine

A phase-by-phase simulation of a rugby match: set piece, breakdown, territory and the kicking game, driven by player attributes, not dice.

  3. Presentation pass

Match day, the full-time report and the season's turning points, made to feel like the occasion they are.

  4. Wider world

More competitions and more leagues. If you run one and want it in the game, get in touch.
